Chapter Profile

This ICMA-UNH Student Chapter was designed for those graduate students that have an interest in local governments, or wish to pursue a career in this field after they graduate and receive their MPA degree. Mentor in the Profession Roger L. Kemp, PhD, is an Adjunct Professor at UNH and a Career City Manager of cities in CA, NJ, and CT. Roger earned BS and MPA degrees from San Diego State University, and MBA and a PhD degrees from Golden Gate University He worked in local governments during his public service career. He served as a city manager in CA, NJ, + CT. He is also the Past-President of the CT Town and City Management Association, as well as the Past-President of the CT Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA).
