Chapter Profile

The ICMA Student Chapter at the University of Washington is hosted by the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance. The chapter focuses on skill development and networking to prepare individuals for careers in municipal management. Working closely with other MPA programs, WCMA (Washington City/County Management Association), and alumni in management positions, our chapter seeks to create lasting partnerships and a strong support network. "Emerging leaders need mentors to guide them, but they also need a network of peers to reassure them that they are not on the path alone."
