Helped create the new Harrell-Hutchinson Visiting Professional Urban Manager program at ASU. Cynthia retired after 36 years of work in local government. She is a Credentialed city manager who has worked in small towns and large cities. She was first city manager for newly incorporated cities twice in her career.
