I have 22 years of progressively responsible assignments with four municipal governments and one redevelopment agency including extensive experience in interacting with government bodies and community organizations in developing policies and program initiatives; strong organizational and management experience; demonstrated expertise in organizational leadership, budgetary principles and administration; strategic planning; organizational development; and comprehensive project management skills within municipal government organizations. In addition I have considerable experience in developing sound land use policies and procedures, updating and developing comprehensive plans, urban revitalization planning, historic preservation policy development, leadership development, policy development and execution, comprehensive project management, and budgetary preparation and management.
