Tanya Ange has served as the County Administrator for Washington County, Oregon since August 2020. Prior to her appointment she served as the Deputy City Manager for the City of Boulder, Colorado from 2016-2020. She was responsible for the management of the City Manager's Office, Communications, Community Vitality, Finance/Budget, Human Resources, Innovation & Technology and Library & Arts departments. Before joining the City of Boulder, Tanya Ange served as the deputy city manager/chief of staff for Mankato, MN from 2009 to 2016 and assistant to the city manager from 2006 to 2009. She currently serves on the Alliance for Innovation Board of Directors and is a past Vice President of the International City Council Management Association. Ange holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
