Holly, M.B.A., has a diverse professional background, serving in various private, non-profit, and public management capacities. As a Town Manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations of a full-service coastal community. Before working in public management, Ms. Wahl provided oversight of the Operations of a General Contracting firm and a 24/7 Homeless Shelter and Homeless Support center. Ms. Wahl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Johns Hopkins University, a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Maryland, and an Executive Certificate in Public Administration & Public Policy from the Harvard and the University of Maryland School of Public Policy. In addition, Ms. Wahl is currently in the dissertation phase of her Doctorate in Public Administration & Public Policy at the George Washington University, where her research primarily focuses on how City and Town Managers can leverage complexity to engage citizens and improve governmental performance.
